Soccer Sisters

Well, our first 2 games were cancelled because of 2 inches of snow on the ground but we finally got a semi warm day and Fritz and Bugs got their first chance to kick the ball around (or just dance around the field)

bike rodeo?

It was bike safety week at our school and they had all sorts of fun activities including this obstacle course they called a rodeo??

I had to appreciate that they were being creative but did I like all the sand in all my kitchen dishes and water in their room? In this case I smiled and said how wonderful their zoo was

We got 3 boxes of apples from some friends who live in Washington and so this is the result: yummy apple pie filling, apple crisp, dried apples and for the first time I made applesauce fruit roll-ups cherry flavored. The kids loved it! I love the smell it brought to my house. Though it was a lot of hard work I was happy that I didn't waste any of the apples.
