Step 1 Packing Purging Process

Everything about moving is the PITS (short for armpit) it is stinky and gross and not fun at all.

Step 1-(PPP) purging packing process

Here are a few picts of the garage sale/lemonade stand The girls were so cute that they brought in more customers for the sale, (It was grandma Peggers idea to sell muffins and lemonade. Little sister was the best customer.)A big thanks for all who came to and helped with the garage sale. We made out pretty good and got rid of a lot of stuff that was sitting in the garage collecting dust. Though I must admit it was very hard to get rid of all my baby stuff.

these are a couple shots of the packing process and moving "stuff" A big thanks to Dustin's mom and dad who let us borrow their trailer and drove it all the way down for us. Another thanks to Jim Sitz who let us borrow his trailer too. Thanks to all who came over to help pack or clean. I really wonder if we could have done it without you. No way!

I guess I can look on the bright side of things and appreciate the purging process of "stuff." The most important things that I needed were all sitting in their boxes in the middle of my living room. (see the picture of my girls who packed themselves)

three c's in trees

there is just something about being a kid and the climbing trees. I'm sure each of you can remember how much fun it is to sit on a branch and look at the world below

ARIZONA revisited

On our honeymoon- through arizona I wanted to stop to buy a traditional wedding vase made by the navajos. But when we hit the reservation it was late and no one was out. I was really put out and never let dustin live it down sooo when we retraced our footsteps 12 years later he made sure to get me one. also on our way through the reservation we were talking about how bad it would be to break down. We did!!! With a few prayers, we limped it into flagstaff and avoided a $775 tow bill. Long story short- we have a new mini van. ha ha . . . there is much more to the story but we will share that later

friends and family for the fourth

We filled our fourth with friends and family and BBQ- ya can't ask for more besides going to a roping according to dad Yes, I was cheesy and got 4th shirts for us to wear-did you notice that dustin is not wearing his but he did consent to wearing a blue shirt - win some loose some ha ha

a cousin to visit hooray!!

It was so great to have a cousin come and stay with us for a week. she fit in perfectly with our house of girls. We love you P. We played with the fireworks, went swimming, and climbed trees and stayed up late. It rained everyday and thunder and lightning and our little desert cousin thought it was so exciting.
